General Definitions

These terms apply to all players using the bm98 platform (https://bm98.im). Accessing the platform, registering an account, or making any financial transaction will be considered acceptance of this agreement.

Account Registration and Management

Age Requirement to Open an Account

Players must be at least 21+ years old to use bm98's services. If an underage person is found to have accessed and played, their account will be closed immediately and any remaining funds will be handled accordingly.

One Account Per Person Policy

Each player may hold only one account on bm98. No individual may open multiple accounts, whether using duplicate information or different phone numbers or networks. Violating this policy will result in account closure and forfeiture of bonuses.

Registration Information

Players must provide accurate and complete personal information at the time of registration —

  • Your real full name (must match your bank card and transfer details)
  • A reachable phone number or email address
  • Date of birth matching your national ID

Accounts registered with incorrect information will be subject to identity verification at the time of a withdrawal request, and if details do not match, the withdrawal will not be processed.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Methods

Deposit channels available on bm98 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer.

Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks for all payment methods. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted by the system.

Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum amount that can be requested for withdrawal is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests will be processed within 5 to 30 minutes. If KYC verification is required, it may take longer.

Transfer Restrictions

  • Players may only deposit using an account in their own name; third-party deposits are not accepted.
  • Withdrawals will be returned via the same payment method used for the original deposit.
  • Once a deposit is made, funds on the platform are intended for gaming only; this is not a currency exchange service.

Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

bm98 offers a 100% welcome bonus — up to 100,000 Ks for players making their first deposit.

  • Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you 40,000 Ks total to play with. A wagering requirement of 20,000 × 20 = 400,000 Ks must be met before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
  • Deposit 220,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 100,000 Ks, giving you 320,000 Ks total to play with. A wagering requirement of 100,000 × 20 = 2,000,000 Ks must be met before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

The wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before any winnings derived from that bonus can be requested for withdrawal.

How to Claim a Bonus

The bonus will be credited immediately after your deposit. If you wish to decline the bonus, notify us via Live Chat before making your deposit. Declining a bonus after the deposit has been made is not permitted.

VIP Cashback Promotion

bm98 has three VIP tiers, and players can move up based on their playing activity —

  • Bronze VIP — Up to 0.5% cashback per week
  • Silver VIP — Up to 1.0% cashback per week
  • Gold VIP — Up to 1.5% cashback per week

Bonus policy may apply to cashback, except for promotions that explicitly state cashback is paid without a bonus wagering requirement.

General Promotion Terms

  • Each bonus can only be claimed once; the same promotion cannot be claimed again.
  • Withdrawal is only allowed after the bonus wagering requirement is met. Please note that if you withdraw before meeting the requirement, the bonus amount will be forfeited.
  • bm98 may change promotions without prior notice; however, bonuses already received will not be affected.

Gaming Policy

Fair play

Games on bm98 use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to produce random results, ensuring complete fairness. Players are solely responsible for their own gaming decisions, and bm98 has no influence over outcomes in any way.

Reasons a Game May Be Interrupted

A game in progress may be interrupted due to technical issues, server errors, or loss of internet connection. In such cases —

  • The game system will determine the result randomly and reflect it in your account.
  • If a result seems unstable or uncertain, you may dispute it via Live Chat within 48 hours.

Maximum Bet Per Round

A maximum bet limit per round may apply while playing with bonus funds. Exceeding this limit may result in the relevant bonus being forfeited. Expert betting strategies (Arbitrage, Hedging) are not permitted while fulfilling wagering requirements.

Prohibited Actions

The following actions on the bm98 platform are considered serious violations and will be dealt with strictly —

  • Using software (bot, auto-clicker, scripting tool) to manipulate the game system
  • Using the platform for money laundering
  • Deliberately exploiting bonuses (bonus abuse)
  • Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly
  • Attempting to withdraw funds using false personal information
  • Distributing unauthorized advertisements or offers from the platform
  • Playing by accessing other people's personal information without permission

If there is evidence that any of the above violations have been committed, bm98 may immediately close the player's account and forfeit any remaining balance. This may be done without prior notice as stated in the terms.
